From October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the company has repurchased 605,500 shares, representing 1.34% for ¥536.75 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,119,700 shares, representing 2.48% for ¥999.93 million under the buyback announced on May 13, 2021.
Bando Chemical Industries, Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts, industrial materials and high performance elastomer products. The Company operates through three segments. Its Automotive Parts segment involves in the manufacture and sale of transmission belt products for automobiles and motorcycles.
