Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited informed that Mr. Pumipat Chatnoraset, a member of the Board of Director, a member of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee, notified the Company in advance of his intention to resign as a director of the Company due to his other business engagement. His resignation will be effective from 21 September 2022 onwards.
