The Board of Directors of Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited at
a meeting No. 2/2022 held on 4 April 2022 resolved to appoint Mr. Plew
Trivisvavet as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The appointment is
effective from 4 April 2022 onwards.
