Bank First announces promotion of Longmeyer and Hanke
MANITOWOC, WI, November 22, 2021 - Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC), is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Matt Longmeyer and Odeyssa Hanke.
Matt Longmeyer has been promoted to Vice President - Director of Technology at Bank First. Matt began his career at Bank First in 2013 as Information Technology Intern. He joined the bank full time as Information Technology Specialist in 2014 and was promoted to Information Technology Officer in 2017. In this expanded role, Matt will be responsible for all aspects of IT management, network infrastructure, business application systems, and cybersecurity. Matt attended UW - Whitewater where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration in IT
Management, and will obtain his Master of Science in Cybersecurity in early 2022. Matt is currently a student at the Graduate School of Banking at UW - Madison and will graduate in 2023. He was born and raised in Manitowoc where he currently resides with his wife, Lydia. Outside the office, Matt enjoys golfing and spending time at the lake with friends and family.
Odeyssa Hanke has been promoted to Retail Training Officer at Bank First. Odeyssa has been with Bank First for 15 years, starting as a Teller at the bank's Eighth Street location in 2006. She began assisting with front line training and transitioned to the bank's Branch Operations Department in 2019 as Retail Banking Training Specialist. In her new role, Odeyssa will direct and coordinate the Teller and Customer Service Representative training program, provide leadership to a specialized team of instructors, assist with retail
products and initiatives, and continue to conduct bank-wide education on

creating an exceptional customer experience. She lives in Manitowoc with her
husband, Eric, and their mini golden doodle, Phife. Odeyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting Door County, cooking, and going to concerts.
