Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved
amendment to the following offer set out in offer document dated 5 August 2021,
as amended 6 September 2021, in respect of: 

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Bank Norwegian ASA made by Nordax Bank
AB (publ). 

The amendment relates to partial waiver of the minimum acceptance condition from
90% down to an acceptance level of 2/3 of the issued and outstanding share
capital and voting rights.
