ANNOUNCEMENT

Appointment of Executive Vice President of the Bank

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Bank approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Wei as Executive Vice President of the Bank on 13 December 2019. According to the relevant regulations, the appointment of Mr. Wang Wei as Executive Vice President of the Bank takes effect from the date of the consideration and approval of the Board. The Bank will report to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for filing.
