BANK OF COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. The board of directors of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (the "Board") hereby announced that the Bank has obtained the Approval from the CBIRC on the Qualification of Mu Guoxin as Director of Bank of Communications (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No. 608) and the Approval from the CBIRC on the Qualification of Luo Xiaopeng as Director of Bank of Communications (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No. 609), in which the qualification of Mr. Mu and Mr. Luo as the non-executive directors of the Bank was approved by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (the "CBIRC") respectively, with effect from 18 August 2022.
With effect from 18 August 2022, Mr. Mu also serves as a member of the Strategy Committee (Inclusive Finance Development Committee) and the Risk Management and Related Party Transactions Control Committee of the Board; Mr. Luo also serves as a member of the Strategy Committee (Inclusive Finance Development Committee) and the Social Responsibility (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Consumer Protection Committee of the Board.
