Bank of Kaohsiung Co., Ltd. announced that Name, title, and resume of the previous position holder is Mei-Ling Chen, Consultant and Chief Secretary and Name, title, and resume of the new position holder is Yi-Chen Yu, Chief Secretary,Board of Directors/Secretary Dept. Type of the change is new replacement. Reason for the change is retirement of Chief Corporate Governance Officer Mei-Ling Chen will take effect from 2021.05.01. The Company, approved by the board of directors on March 19, 2021, has appointed Yi-Chen Yu as Chief Corporate Governance Officer.
