As the merger plan drawn up by the Boards of Directors of CaixaBank, S.A. and Bankia, S.A. has been made public, Criteria Caixa, S.A.U. hereby states its interest in maintaining its stake in CaixaBank, S.A. above 30.00% if the merger goes through. Therefore, it will acquire approximately 25 million CaixaBank, S.A. shares.
