Banner Corporation reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 129.01 million compared to USD 127.55 million a year ago. Net income was USD 47.97 million compared to USD 54.38 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.4 compared to USD 1.57 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.39 compared to USD 1.56 a year ago.
For the six months, net interest income was USD 247.67 million compared to USD 245.22 million a year ago. Net income was USD 91.93 million compared to USD 101.24 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.68 compared to USD 2.9 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.66 compared to USD 2.88 a year ago.
