BCGE - Early redemption of the 2014 AT1 bond

Geneva, 16 December 2019 - Banque Cantonale de Genève will redeem its 2014 AT1 bond on 4 February 2020

In accordance with section 3(c) of the terms and conditions of the bond, the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) will redeem its Additional Tier 1 (AT1) perpetual bond of CHF 110 million issued in 2014, at its own initiative and at the first possible maturity, namely 4 February 2020. The redemption amount will correspond to the nominal value of the CHF 110 million bond plus the last annual coupon of 2.875%.
