BCGE - Representation of the City of Geneva on the Board of Directors

Geneva, 1 October 2019 - Mr. Grégoire Carasso announces his retirement from the BCGE's Board of Directors with effect at the next General Assembly on 5 May 2020.

Mr. Grégoire Carasso joined the BCGE's board of directors in 2014 as one of the two members appointed by the City of Geneva. He announced his retirement from the board with effect from 5 May 2020, the date of the BCGE's ordinary general assembly. In accordance with the BCGE's articles of association, it will be up to the administrative board of the City of Geneva (20.9% shareholder) to appoint his successor.
