Shanghai Baoniao Garments Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of CNY 200 million on August 27, 2021. The transaction included participation from Baoxiniao Holding Co., Ltd. for CNY 150 million and Ningbo Baoniao Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 50 million. The transaction is approved in the fifteenth meeting of the seventh board of director. The company's registered capital will increase from CNY 300 million to CNY 500 million.
