Kortrijk, Belgium, 29 November 2021, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 22^nd November 2021 till 26^th November 2021 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^thSeptember 2021, Barco NV has bought back 572,380 shares for a total amount of 10,691,221.71 euros. This corresponds to 95.40% of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,292,696 shares on the date of 26^th November 2021.
