Barings Global Short Duration High Yield Fund announced its monthly dividend for July 2021 of $0.1056 per share, payable on August 2, 2021 with ex-date of July 21, 2021 and record date of July 22, 2021. In addition, the Fund announced estimated monthly distributions of $0.1056 per share for August 2021 and September 2021. The distribution schedule to pay on September 1, 2021 and October 1, 2021 with ex-date of August 20, 2021 and September 21, 2021 and record date of August 23, 2021 and September 22, 2021, respectively.
Barings Global Short Duration High Yield Fund is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek as high a level of current income as the advisor determines is consistent with capital preservation. It seeks capital appreciation as a secondary investment objective. It will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in bonds, loans and other income-producing instruments that are rated below investment grade.
