Barkbox, Inc. announced that it has received $1,713,032 from 18 investors in a round of funding on June 14, 2012. The company issued common shares in the transaction pursuant to Regulation D. The round was led by Resolute.vc, a company controlled by Mike Hirshland and included participation from Lerer Ventures, RRE Ventures LLC, Polaris Venture Partners, Inc., 500 Startups, and Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. Individual investors Brian Lee, Gary Vaynerchuk, Josh Abramson, Nat Turner, Zach Weinberg, Doug Chertok, Aaron Earls, Mike Jung, and Aaron Harris also participated in the round.
