(b) On November 5, 2021, Michael A. Beck, Senior Vice President of Barnes Group
Inc. (the "Company") and President of Barnes Aerospace, notified the Company
that he has decided to retire, effective April 30, 2022, following an orderly
transition period. Mr. Beck is currently a "named executive officer" within the
meaning of Instruction 4 to Item 5.02 of Form 8-K and is expected to remain a
"named executive officer" when the Company files its definitive proxy statement
for its 2022 annual meeting of stockholders.
