(Reuters) - UK's competition regulator said its phase 1 review into homebuilder Barratt's 2.52 billion pound ($3.21 billion) all-stock deal to buy smaller rival Redrow had raised concerns in the local area around a Barratt development.
The Competition and Markets Authority(CMA) said on Thursday it had found competition concerns in one local area and that Barratt and Redrow can submit proposals to address the CMA's concerns.
