Barwa Real Estate Company Q.P.S.C. Announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced net income was QAR 343.400 million compared to QAR 408.920 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was QAR 0.088 compared to QAR 0.105 a year ago. For the half year, net income was QAR 532.961 million compared to QAR 586.080 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was QAR 0.137 compared to QAR 0.151 a year ago.
Barwa Real Estate Company QPSC is a Qatar-based public shareholding company, which is engaged in the real estate operations and development. The Company is active in the following business segments: Real Estate, which develops, sells and leases condominiums, villas and plots of lands; Business Services, which provides business support services, as well as Financial Institution and Other Services, which comprises banks, financial and other institutions.
