BasicNet S p A : Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, June 21, 2021 -Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 8^th, 2021, whose commencement was announced on the same date, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 14^thand 18^th2021, acquired on the MTA 23,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 8,842,040 treasury shares, equal to 14.497% of the share capital.

Basic Net SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the retail industry. Basic Net SpA is a parent of the BasicNet Group and together with its subsidiaries focuses on distribution and development of branded leisurewear, sportswear, footwear and accessories under various trademarks, including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, Jesus Jeans, K-Way, Superga, Briko, Sebago and Sabelt.
