Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 40,000 shares, representing 0.26% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥1,200 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency, increase shareholder value per share, and enhance the return of profits to shareholders. The program will be valid till August 31, 2021. As of March 31, 2021, the company had 15,330,544 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 210,597 treasury shares.
