BayCurrent Consulting, Inc. (TSE:6532) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 50,000 shares, representing 0.33% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥2,300 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency, increase shareholder value per share, and enhance the return of profits to shareholders.
The program will continue through May 24, 2022. As of March 31, 2022, the company had 15,354,004 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 187,137 treasury shares.
