BayWa AG extends contract with Chief Financial Officer Andreas Helber until March 2026
Munich, 24 March 2021 - The Supervisory Board of BayWa AG unanimously agreed at its meeting on
24 March to appoint long-standing BayWa AG Chief
Financial Officer Andreas Helber for a further term until March 2026. With this decision, the Supervisory Board affirms its approval of Andreas Helber's services in developing the BayWa Group to date and underlines its confidence in the successful continuation of his work.
Andreas Helber, a tax consultant and auditor with a degree in business, joined BayWa AG in 2000. In his first ten years at the company, he served as its head of Finance and Investor Relations. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of BayWa AG in 2010. In his Board of Management department, Helber is responsible for Corporate Finance & Accounting, Corporate Controlling, Controlling, Investor Relations, Corporate Insurance and Corporate Real Estate Management. Furthermore, Helber is also a member of the executive and supervisory committees of the international agriculture and fruit Group companies.
Helber's contract was originally set to expire in November 2022 and has been extended in advance due to a new

remuneration system that has resulted in major contractual changes. The contract extension, due to be negotiated next year, was included in the negotiations regarding these changes.
