bcMetals Corporation Stock

bcMetals Corporation is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties, with a focus on copper and gold. The Company has no income-producing properties. Its principal assets are the Red Chris copper-gold porphyry property located 18 kilometers south of Iskut in the Liard Mining Division of northwestern British Columbia, and the Johnson property, in which the Company has an 80% interest. The Johnson property was acquired, during the year ended December 31, 2005, and is located approximately 155 miles southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska. This property is a grass roots exploration property. The Red Chris copper-gold porphyry property is in the development stage. As of January 12, 2007, Imperial Metals Corporation held a 22% interest in bcMetals Corporation.
