Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please be informed that MR. ALEXANDER FRANCIS DREYFUS DEATO, Senior Vice President for BDO Unibank, Inc. (the "Bank") Information Technology Group/Project Implementation Partnering, has retracted his acceptance of employment with the Bank to pursue other endeavors.
Mr. Deato was recently hired effective November 16, 2021 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank on October 23, 2021. His retraction will take effect upon acceptance by the Board at its next Board meeting.
