Beasley Broadcast : WXKB-FM and WRXK-FM Team Up with Home Base to Support Veterans Across Southwest Florida

In honor of Veteran's Day, Beasley Media Group announces B103.9's The WiLD Bunch and 96K-Rock's Stan and Haney in conjunction with ABC-7, will help raise awareness and support for Home Base Florida and its Veteran and Family Care initiatives on Friday, November 11, 2022.
The Home Base Southwest Florida program provides important support to Veterans, Service Members, and their families coping with the invisible wounds of war, offering life-changing and life-saving programs and services at no cost to Veterans, Service Members, and their families.
Both stations will interview Military Generals, Veterans, individuals who have participated in Home Base Clinical/ Fitness programs as well as representatives from Lee Health to highlight the organization's clinical care programs.
The interviews will take place on-air from 7:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on WXKB and from 3:05 p.m. - 4:35 p.m. on WRXK.
"It is an absolute honor and a privilege to shine a spotlight on the important programs that Home Base provides for veterans in our community and Florida," said Vice President and Market Manager AJ Lurie. "They have given so much on behalf of our country. Our teams are excited to give back to them through raising awareness of the many opportunities available to them and their families through this lifechanging organization."
