The board of directors of Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. announced that, with effect from March 26, 2025, Mr. LIAN Songyong ceased to be a member of the nomination committee of the Board and Ms. LI Fangyu be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee in order to enhance the corporate governance of the Company and to fulfil the new gender diversity requirement of the nomination committee under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which will be implemented with effect from July 1, 2025. Following the above change, the Nomination Committee comprises of three members, namely Mr. FAN Mingchao (chairman), Mr. JIANG Hua and Ms. LI Fangyu.
