Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Becle, S.A.B. de C.V. said "During the quarter, we repurchased 4.9 million shares under our MXN 3.3 billion stock repurchase authorization. We believe that current stock price is undervalued, but we remain being opportunistic with respect to stock repurchases, balancing support for the stock price while maintaining a healthy free float. Our primary use of cash remains behind potential acquisitions."
