Notification of Adjustment in Dividend Forecast and the Discontinuation

of the Shareholder Benefit Program

Tokyo, Japan - 12 August 2021 - BEENOS Inc. (BEENOS) has resolved in its Board Meeting held today to adjust the dividend forecast and to discontinue its current shareholder benefit program. Details are as follows:

1. Adjustment in dividend forecast

(1) Details of the adjustments

As mentioned in the "Consolidated Financial Results for 3Q FY2021" released on 12 August 2021, BEENOS's current results are outperforming its initial forecasts. As profits are expected to be recorded along with the necessity of having an internal reserve for the future, BEENOS plans to give back to all shareholders who continue to support us by increasing the year end dividend by 5 JPY to 25 JPY.

2. Discontinuation of the Shareholder Benefit Program

(1) Reason for discontinuation

BEENOS implemented its Shareholder Benefit Program so that shareholders could better understand BEENOS's business model and to incentivize shareholders to be mid-long-term shareholders.

After much internal discussion, BEENOS has decided that direct profit reduction such as dividends are fairer and more appropriate, thus the decision to discontinue the Shareholder Benefit Program has been made.

Giving back to shareholders is a priority for BEENOS and we hope that shareholders will understand this decision and continue to support us as we continue to increase the value of the company.

(2) Shareholder Benefit Program discontinuation schedule

Shareholders that hold at least 3 units (300 shares) of BEENOS shares as of 30 September 2021 will be given Shareholder Benefit Points. No further points will be distributed after that.
