Befimmo SA is a Belgian REIT (SIR/GVV), a real-estate operator specialized in high-quality office buildings located in Belgium, mainly in Brussels and the other main Belgian cities, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Together with its subsidiary Silversquare, Befimmo SA aims to develop a Belux network of interconnected workspaces. At the end of 2021, the portfolio, with a fair value of EUR 2,835.9 million, consists of around sixty office buildings, with a total space of more than 930,000 m2.
