Beijer Alma AB Approves Dividend for the Year 2017, Payable on March 29, 2018; Announces Board Changes

Beijer Alma AB (publ) announced that Annual General Meeting was held on March 22, 2018. In accordance with the Board's motion, a dividend of SEK 9.50 was approved for 2017. The record date for dividends was set at March 26, 2018. The dividend is expected to be distributed beginning March 29, 2018.
At the Annual General Meeting, Cecilia Wikström was elected as a new director. Peter Nilsson has declined re-election.
