Beijer Alma AB publ announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was SEK 962.7 million compared to SEK 1,248.1 million a year ago. Operating income was SEK 79 million compared to SEK 162.7 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 59.3 million compared to SEK 122.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was SEK 0.98 compared to SEK 2.04 a year ago. For the half year, sales was SEK 2,179.8 million compared to SEK 2,413.7 million a year ago. Operating income was SEK 225.5 million compared to SEK 323.9 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 166.5 million compared to SEK 242.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was SEK 2.76 compared to SEK 4.03 a year ago.
