HEW-KABEL GmbH entered into an agreement to acquire Habia Cable AB from Beijer Alma AB (publ) (OM:BEIA B) for SEK 910 million on July 5, 2022. As of June 30, 2022. Habia Cable's total assets are reported as SEK 847.3 million and shareholder's equity as SEK 368.8 million. The transaction is subject to customer terms and conditions and is expected to be completed towards the end of the third quarter of 2022. goetzpartners advised HEW-Kabel on its acquisition of Habia Cable with a Commercial Due Diligence.
