CHANGE OF COMPANY ENGLISH NAME AND COMPANY LOGO, ENGLISH STOCK SHORT NAME AND COMPANY WEBSITE

Reference is made to the announcement of Beijing Capital Grand Limited (formerly known as Beijing Capital Juda Limited) (the "Company") dated 4 May 2017 and the circular of the Company dated 8 May 2017 (the "Circular") relating to, among other things, the proposed change of the English name of the Company. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless the context requires otherwise.

CHANGE OF COMPANY ENGLISH NAME AND COMPANY LOGO

The Board is pleased to announce that following the passing of the special resolution in relation to the Change at the EGM on 5 June 2017, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of the Company was issued by the Registry of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 7 June 2017 certifying that the change of English name of the Company from "Beijing Capital Juda Limited" to "Beijing Capital Grand Limited" became effective on 7 June 2017. The Certificate of Registration of Change of Corporate Name of Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 27 June 2017 confirming the registration of the new English name of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong). The logo of the Company has been changed to upon the Change becoming effective.

CHANGE OF ENGLISH STOCK SHORT NAME

The English stock short name of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CAPITAL JUDA" to "CAPITAL GRAND" in English with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 7 July 2017. The Chinese stock short name of the Company will remain unchanged. The stock code of the Company remains unchanged as "1329".

The Company is the guarantor of debt securities (stock code:85719) issued by Rosy Capital Global Limited and listed on 31 July 2015. The stock short name and the stock code of the debt securities will also remain unchanged.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The website of the Company has been changed from"http://www.bcjuda.com" to "http://www.bcgrand.com" to reflect the Change with effect from the date of this announcement.

EFFECT OF CHANGE OF COMPANY ENGLISH NAME AND SHARE CERTIFICATE

The Change will not affect any rights of the holders of securities of the Company. The existing certificates of securities in issue bearing the former English name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and the existing certificates of securities will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for exchange of the existing certificates of securities for new certificates bearing the new English name of the Company. Any new certificates of securities will be issued bearing the new English name of the Company.
