(SEHK:6188) entered into the Equity Transfer Agreements to acquire remaining 13.5% stake in Shanghai Chuanda Communication Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhou Qing for CNY 10.8 million on June 4, 2021. The Company shall complete the relevant procedures for change of industrial and commercial registration within 30 days after entering into the Equity Transfer Agreements
