Beijing Jingxi Culture & Tourism Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000802) agreed to acquire Beijing Orient Landscape Resort Co., Ltd. from Beijing Nandu International Economic Trade Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hanbang Guoxin International Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 840 million on October 11, 2019. On October 11, 2019, the Company held its 7th directorate’s 20th meeting approved to use own funds for the transaction. Beijing Nandu International Economic Trade Co., Ltd. will sell 95% stake for CNY 798 million and Beijing Hanbang Guoxin International Group Co., Ltd. will sell 5% stake for CNY 42 million. As of December 31, 2018, Beijing Orient Landscape Resort Co., Ltd has total assets of CNY 48.4 million, net assets of CNY 48.4 million, revenue of CNY 0 and net loss of CNY 1.044 million.
