Beijing Jingxi Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000802) agreed to acquire 20% stake in Shendingge Culture Media Wuxi Co., Ltd. from Chongqing Shuimu Chengde Culture Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise L.P. for CNY 28 million on December 18, 2018. As of December 31, 2017, Shendingge Culture reported total assets of CNY 27.6 million, net assets of CNY 22.1 million, revenue of CNY 0.99 million and net loss of CNY 0.23 million. The transaction is subject to approval of shareholder's of Beijing Jingxi Culture and Tourism and has been approved in the 8th Meeting Beijing Jingxi Culture's 7th directorate held on December 18, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of Beijing Jingxi Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd.
