Feng Huanpei agreed to acquire an additional 22.44% stake in Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:601908) from Beijing JYT Daxing Technology Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 1.9 billion on June 23, 2017. Equity transfer agreement was signed on August 7, 2017. Under the terms, Feng Huanpei will acquire 448.02 million shares at a price of CNY 4.275 per share. As a result of this transaction, stake of Feng Huanpei will increase from 0.08% to 22.52%. The transaction was approved by the shareholders of Beijing JYT Daxing Technology Investment Co., Ltd. on June 23, 2017.
Feng Huanpei completed the acquisition of an additional 22.4% stake in Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:601908) from Beijing JYT Daxing Technology Investment Co., Ltd. on September 12, 2017. Pursuant to transaction, Beijing JYT Daxing Technology Investment now owns 700 million shares of Beijing Jingyuntong Technology.
Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing of semiconductor and photovoltaic precision equipments. The Company's main businesses include the equipment manufacturing, new energy power generation, new materials, as well as the energy saving and environmental protection businesses, among others. The Company's main products include the monocrystalline silicon growth furnaces and polysilicon ingot furnaces, as well as silicon rods, ingots and silicon wafers. Its products are mainly used in the production of polycrystalline silicon ingots, monocrystalline silicon rods, solar grade silicon and solar cells, among others.
