Beijing Lier High-temperature Materials Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002392) agreed to acquire an additional 20% stake in Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Lier-High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd from Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600010) on November 22, 2024. A cash consideration will be paid by Beijing Lier High-temperature Materials Co.,Ltd. Upon completion, Beijing Lier High-temperature Materials Co.,Ltd. will own 70% stake in Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Lier-High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd.
For the period ending October 31, 2024, Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Lier-High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd reported EBIT of CNY 271.87 million and net income of CNY 5.54 million. As of October 31, 2024, Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Lier-High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 317.11 million and total common equity of CNY 146.89 million.
