(SZSE:002392) announced a private placement of not more than 150,000,000 A shares at a price of CNY 2.91 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 436,500,000 on February 20, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Shanghai Zanmou Enterprise Management Advisory Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Cheng Peng, Cheng Tianyi, Zhang Guangzhi, Niu Jungao, Wang Zhengfeng, Li Miaochun, Han Feng, Zhao Shijie, Luo Yong, Zhao Feng, Hu Hongxia, Mao Xiaogang, Gao Song, Cao Xiaochao, Li Hongbo, Yan Hao, Niu Wenyi, Wei Zhenguo, Hao Bujing, Zhang Jianchao, He Feng, Zhou Shengqiang, and Li Luozhou.The shares issued in the transaction are subject to hold period of 18 months after the date of issue. The transaction has been approved by the company's 4th directorate in its 6th meeting and is subject to approval from the company's shareholders and from China Securities Regulatory Commission.
