March 30th, 2012, the National Residential Industrialization Bases Working Forum & the National Residential Industrialization Base Technology joint Conference, was held by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction at the headquarter of Wanke, Shenzhen. Mr. Wangbing, the deputy president of CNBM PLC, board director of BNBM PLC, took part in the conference by invitation. And he addressed the BNBM industrialization development road on the conference.

    The subject for this conference is "exploring pattern, leading development, establishing platform, cooperating with mutual benefits". The purpose is to discuss and share the development pattern and experience for each housing industrialization bases. BNBM as one of the earliest housing industrialization bases, after more than ten years' research and development, achieved some experience on factory house and housing components. Mr. Wangbing shared the development experience and innovation application of BNBM housing industrialization development patterns. He said, at present, the construction energy consuming covers 49.5% of total society consuming quantity. Therefore, the energy saving's emphasis should be construction energy saving, construction energy saving's emphasis should be housing industrialization. However, the concept of industrialization should include construction method, energy reduction, materials standardization, among which, energy reduction during the production is the key section.

    At last, Mr. Wangbing, pointed out two suggestions: one is to strengthen the implementation of housing industrialization; the other is to be guiding by the government, each housing industrialization base can effectively united, cooperated, and trust each other and promotes the value of the whole field.
