RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND VICE CHAIRMAN

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Mr. Hu Yebi has resigned as an executive director and vice chairman of the Company. The changes will take effect on 6 November 2018.

RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND VICE CHAIRMAN

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") announced that Mr. Hu Yebi has tender his resignation as an executive director and vice chairman of the Company will effect from 6 November 2018 as due to his other business engagements which require more of his dedications.

Mr. Hu Yebi has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and is not aware of any matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. Taking this opportunity, the Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Hu Yebi for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
