Controlling shareholder Beijing Baihuida Investment Management Co., Ltd. committed not to transfer or entrust to a third party the shares he holds directly or indirectly that were issued before this public offering, or allow company to repurchase the shares before listing and within 36 months from listing date.
Actual controller Geng Diangen committed not to transfer or entrust to a third party the shares he holds directly or indirectly that were issued before this public offering, or allow company to repurchase the shares before listing and within 36 months from listing date.
Shareholder Tianjin Hongshan Capital Investment Fund Center committed not to transfer or entrust to a third party the shares he holds directly or indirectly that were issued before this public offering, or allow company to repurchase the shares before listing and within 36 months from listing date.
