FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS

Pursuant to the Article 125 of the Articles of Association of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited (the "Company"), any dividend unclaimed after a period of six (6) years from the date of declaration of such dividend shall be forfeited and shall revert to the Company. The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") that the following dividends remaining unclaimed on Monday, 31 May 2021 will be forfeited and will be reverted to the Company:

Shareholders who are entitled but yet to receive the dividend payments in respect of the above dividends are advised to contact the Company's share registrar and transfer office, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712 -1716, 17/F., Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 31 May 2021.
