Hefei Zhongan Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) managed by Shanghai Nuotie Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 5% stake in Beijing Wandong Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600055) from Yu Rong for approximately CNY 290 million on November 11, 2020. As per terms of transaction,Yu Rong will sell 27.041000 million shares of Beijing Wandong Medical Technology Co., Ltd at CNY 10.68 per share. Within 3 days of confirmation documents from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Hefei Zhongan Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will pay 50% of the total transaction price to Yu Rong bank account and within 3 trading days after all the underlying stocks are transferred to Hefei Zhongan Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) securities account, Hefei Zhongan Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will pay the remaining 50% of the total transaction price to Yu Rong bank account. Post completion, Yu Rong will hold 12.67% stake in Beijing Wandong Medical Technology Co., Ltd.
Beijing Wandong Medical Technology Co., Ltd., formerly China Resources Wandong Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., is principally engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of medical equipment. The Company's products consist of radiological imaging equipment, including angiographic and cardiac systems, digital direct radiography (DR) imaging equipment, high frequency diagnostic systems, high frequency radiographic systems, conventional x-ray diagnostic equipment and high frequency mobile units, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment, as well as digital medical image management systems, among others. The Company also provides maintenance services.
