Belle Corporation at its board meeting held on August 8, 2024 accepted resignation of Ms. Maria Neriza C. Banaria as Treasurer, effective 14 August 2024 due to re-assignment within the parent company and elected Ms. Aileen M. Malto as Ms. Banaria's replacement, effective 15 August 2024. Ms. Malto holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting from Bicol University. She was the Chief Finance Officer of SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation and St.
Luke's Medical Center. She has had extensive career on finance spanning over two decades. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
