Belysse Group NV, listed on Euronext Brussels (the "Company"), has received a transparency notification dated 24 November 2022. This transparency notification indicates that on 18 November 2022 the total indirect holdings of UBS Group AG in equivalent financial instruments of the Company, held directly by controlled undertakings, crossed the threshold of 5%. UBS Group AG holds 5,21% of the equivalent financial instruments of the Company.

The aforesaid notification dated 24 November 2022 contains the following information:
