Bemis Company, Inc. is a manufacturer of packaging products. The Company manufactures multilayer polymer, blown and cast film structures to produce packaging products for the food, medical, industrial, and other consumer goods industries. It operates through three segments: U.S. Packaging, Latin America Packaging, and Rest of World Packaging. The U.S. Packaging segment represents all food, consumer, and industrial products packaging-related manufacturing operations in the United States. The Latin America Packaging segment includes all food and non-food packaging-related manufacturing operations in Latin America. This segment also includes injection molded and thermoformed plastic as well as folding carton packaging. The Rest of World Packaging segment includes all food and non-food packaging-related manufacturing operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific as well as medical device and pharmaceutical packaging-related manufacturing operations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
