Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (ASX:BEN) agreed to acquire Investment Lending portfolio from Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ASX:ANZ) on July 7, 2022. The acquisition will be funded through the ordinary course of business operations. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first half of calendar year 2023.
James Dickson, Mark Gordon, Shannon Adams, Joshua Annese, Andrew Rankin and Will Fennell of Piper Alderman acted as legal advisor to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
