Beng Soon Machinery Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the provision of demolition services, sale of inventories and leasing of machinery in Singapore. The Company is engaged in the demolition of various types and scales of projects in both public and private sectors, including industrial buildings, power stations, chemical plants, high rise commercial and residential properties, bridges and marine structures. In undertaking demolition projects for project owners, it is engaged by the project owners to carry out various demolition works on the designated sites. These demolition works, which include structural demolition, disposal of salvage materials, excavation and earthworks, and land reinstatement works, are a series of contiguous and inseparable works with the aim of demolishing the relevant structures in accordance with specifications contained in the contract with the project owners.
